I would like to cancel my order/subscription.

If you would like to cancel your order before your Aqua One ships, our Customer Care Team can issue you a refund immediately.

If your Aqua One has already shipped, our Customer Care Team will create your return shipping label and send it to the email associated with your account. That way, as soon as your Aqua One arrives, all you have to do is stick on the label and pop it back in the mail!

Once we receive the phone(s), we will cancel your subscription. Your refund will show in your account within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the phone.
